CSR (Certificate Signing Request),

is a text that must be generated (generate CSR) from the Web Server that you will use with an SSL Certificate before ordering an SSL certificate. Because, the Certificate Authority (CA) will use the information contained in the CSR code (such as Organization Name, Domain Name, Public Key, etc.) to create the Certificate you ordered.

Unique IP Address (IP Public).

As a result of the way the SSL protocol is created, you will need a separate IP Address for each certificate you want to use. However, if you have several sub-domains located on 1 (one) IP address, you can also secure these sub-domains by using a Wildcard type SSL Certificate. And if you have many domain names on one IP address, you can also provide security by using a UC (Unified Communication Certificate) type certificate. You will be asked to set SSL Headers for this need.

Ordering an SSL Certificate is very easy. If you purchase SSL Certificates via the CSR (Certificate Signing Request) results that have been created from your server, you must prepare the correct information on the WHOIS record along with the company’s legal documents for validation, so that your SSL Certificate order will be easier and faster. to be handled. The SSL Certificate ordering process can go like this:

1. Prepare your server and take notes and make sure the WHOIS records on your domain are updated (up to date).  Make sure the information contained in the Domain Registrant displays actual information and does not use tools to hide the identity of the domain owner (Domain Privacy).

    

2. Generate CSR on the server where you want to install SSL Certificates.

    

3. Enter your CSR and other information into the Certificate Authority via the link provided when placing your order.

    

4. Make sure you have and have prepared your domain and company for validation (SSL Certificate for advanced validation such as SSL with EV).

    

5. Receive and install the SSL Certificate that has been issued.
